 Performance Evaluation:

• Performance evaluation against OEM’s specification.
• Electrical, resistance, insulation, vibration, feed back & alignment test.
• Motor is completely disassembled.
• Check bearing housings and shaft.
• Check mechanical tolerances.
• Clean contamination and debris component parts of the motor.
• Reassembly of motor.
• Realign primary feedback device.
• Test motor based on the specifications of the OEM specific Drive.
• Paint motor to original OEM’s color.
• A final Quality Inspection is performed before your Unit is ready for shipping.
