Visual inspection and evaluation on test stand for initial comparison to manufacturer’s specifications.
We can test most valves on Market. Faster than Factory service.
Complete loop-system when used in conjunction with our feedback test box.
Correctly identifies if the valve is the cause of failure. Valve is completely disassembled.
We use factory OEM parts every time and, with factory trained technicians, we ensure a quality repair with optimal performance.
Hydrostatically tested ensuring full flow/ full pressure performance.
Every part is chemically cleaned with solvents.
All parts are inspected and checked, to ensure they are within manufacturer’s tolerances and specifications.
Damaged, broken and week parts are replaced with OEM’s components.
A Quality Control and Final Inspection is performed to ensure it is within OEM’s standards and specifications.
If needed, the body and/or body spool assembly is replaced with new from the OEM, assembled using new seals and a new filter from the valve manufacturer.
Unit will be cleaned, painted OEM color if needed. A final Inspection is done. Secure packaging is done.
The torque motor and body are reassembled, tested to 100% of specifications for flow and pressure established by the manufacturer.
Once tested to manufacturer’s specifications, a test report and computer plot is included with the repair.
The complete Unit is tested and calibrated to manufacturer’s specifications.
